The New York City Shadow Fair: alive and well on April 29th
- by Bruce E. McKinney
For years the Flamingo Eventz has been a mainstay for the collectible paper field. One of their events is annually scheduled to coincide with the ABAA’s New York International Antiquarian Book Fair and again this year they are hosting a show at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church at 869 Lexington Avenue.
It is officially described as:
The Fine Press Book Association
with
Manhattan Vintage Book & Ephemera
is
pleased to announce our 15th Annual
Manhattan Fine Press Book Fair
This event is a stone’s throw to the Armory at 643 Park Ave where the ABAA event is being staged. The ABAA’s dates are from April 27-30. This fair is being held on the 29th 10:00am to 5:00pm
Space has been allocated for 75 exhibitors and a few spaces remain. If you have a yen to test your marketing mettle contact Flamingo Eventz at flamingoeventz@gmail.com or call 603-509-2639.
