Robert J. Brown operates an appraisal service and auction in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded in 1979, it is a small house focused on serving clients in its midwestern location. Antiques, coins, art, rugs, cars, guns, and other collectibles are most likely to be found at their estate sales, but once in a while there may be an exception. One such exception occurred in 2007 when they were called on to sell material from the library of St. Mary's of the Woods College in Terre Haute.
